NOTIFICATION

                        Sub:    Revision of Fee for services. 

            The Academic Council at its 46^th Meeting held on 13^th January, 2009 has approved Revision of Fee for various services as under:

3.	Early Declaration of Result	Rs.700/-	Rs.1000/-	$ 50
4.	Improvement in Marks/Division	Rs.500/-	Rs.1500/-	$ 50
5.	Degree Registration Fee	Rs.300/-	Rs.500/-	$ 50
6.	Duplicate Degree	Rs.500/-	Rs.1000/-	$ 50
7.	Official Transcript	Rs.200/-+ Rs. 200/-for dispatch to overseas	Rs.500/- + Rs. 500/- for dispatch to overseas	$ 50 + $ 50 for dispatch to overseas
8.	Verification of Mark sheet/Degree	Rs.300/- Non-govt. offices Rs.100/- for Govt. Offices	Rs.1000/-	$ 100
9.	Late Fee of Examination (after last date for the first  20 days)	Rs.300/-	Rs.1000/-	$ 50

           

            The above charges will come into force with immediate effect.

SPA to PVCs :  for kind information of the PVCs.

CPRO: for information and issue of a press release in the Newspaper.

Editor, IGNOU: For the inclusion as news for Students in the next issue of the Newsletter.

All Sections of SE Division:  for information.
